1、 Fan phase loss operation leads to burning: When the fan is running in phase loss, it will cause the coil of the fan motor to burn out in a short period of time, and the color of the burned coil will appear as two red and one black.

There are three ways to avoid phase loss operation of the fan:

1. Before connecting the fan, check the power supply and wiring to avoid any circuit breaks that may cause the fan to operate with a phase loss;

2. Install phase loss protection devices on the fan circuit to prevent phase loss operation from occurring;

3. When the fan is running with a phase loss, the motor's rotation sound is low and weak. In this case, the power should be immediately cut off and the wiring and terminals should be checked for secure connection to avoid burning out the fan motor;

2、 Fan motor burnout caused by overload operation: During the long-term continuous operation of the fan, the accumulated changes in workload are the main culprits leading to fan overload and burnout, mainly manifested as blockage of the filtration system, blockage of the pressure relief valve, or failure to debug properly.

There are three ways to avoid overloading and burning the machine:

1. Regularly clean and replace the filter screen;

2. Select the pressure relief valve that has been debugged and provide adequate protection for it;

3. Choose Yunfeng customized high-pressure fan, and use system monitoring or line control to avoid burning situations;

3、 Foreign objects entering the pump body can cause the impeller to get stuck or the bearings to burn out, further leading to motor overload and burning.

There are three ways to prevent foreign objects from entering the pump body and causing it to burn out:

1. Install a filtering device at the inlet of the fan;

2. Install a filtering device on the pressure relief valve used for negative pressure in high-pressure fans;

3. Customize Yunfeng anti overload high-pressure fan to avoid fan burnout;
