The use of high-pressure fans

The use of high-pressure fans is ubiquitous. We can see high-pressure fan equipment in many places, but few people know that air conditioning equipment also uses high-pressure fans. We all know that the use of air conditioning can achieve the effect of keeping warm in winter and cool in summer, but how does air conditioning achieve such an effect? In fact, these cannot be separated from the assistance of high-pressure fans. The main function of high-pressure fans is to ventilate and exchange air. The use of high-pressure fans in air conditioning is also to achieve the effect of air flow exchange. What is the working principle of using a high-pressure fan for air conditioning? The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigeration steam from the compressor enters the condenser through a high-pressure hose. Due to the lower temperature outside the vehicle compared to the refrigerant entering the condenser, most of the heat from the refrigerant flowing in the condenser is carried away by the outside air through the action of the condenser fan. As a result, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas is condensed into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid.

When this high-temperature and high-pressure liquid flows through the throttling expansion valve, due to the throttling effect, its volume suddenly increases and the pressure drops, becoming a low-pressure and low-temperature mist like liquid that enters the evaporator and vaporizes under constant pressure. As the temperature of the refrigerant vaporizes inside the pipe is lower than that of the circulating air outside the evaporator pipe, it can absorb heat from the air outside the pipe, thereby reducing the temperature of the air flowing through the evaporator and producing a cooling effect. The vaporized refrigeration vapor is sucked and compressed by the compressor, becoming a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, completing the cycle of a refrigeration system. In this way, the fan assists the air conditioner in achieving a warm winter and cool summer effect. The use of the fan adds to the effectiveness of the air conditioner and is an essential component that cannot be separated from it. Common air conditioners are generally divided into outdoor units and indoor units, and the fan is mainly installed on the outdoor unit, so its noise will not interfere with the user's production and life.

However, it is also necessary to remind users that due to the use of high-pressure fans indoors, certain anti-corrosion measures should be taken to extend the service life of high-pressure fans.
